Effective Date: July 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how neuff ("neuff", "Knomaad LLC", "Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, retains, and otherwise processes information about you ("Participant," "User," or "you") in connection with the neuff website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of any revised Policy.

- Location data: approximate geographic location (city, region, and country) derived from your IP address, and the time zone reported by your browser or inferred from your IP address

We use this information to operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service, to understand how and where it is being used, to detect fraud and abuse, and to inform product and marketing decisions. This visit metadata is retained as described in Section 4 and may be reviewed by authorized administrators alongside your account.
